Note: This list shows two models which represent the popular configuration used in the UC45 model range, which have pad type fittings in the compressor and not on the rear cap. Due to the small engine applications where the UC45 is mostly used, this type of hose port configuration is the popular option.

Clutches

A selection of clutches with 4 polygroove and M section pulleys are available in 12 and 24 volt.

Mounting

UC45 compressors are suited to all mounting brackets made for compressors with 60mm lug spacing and a swing type design

Hose Ports

UC45 compressors have pad type hose ports in the top of the compressor body (as pictured above). This allows maximum use of the UC45 compact design for fitting into small engine compartments and tight situations.

The hose ports are made to suit Unicla pad type fittings, Vertical #6 (5/8 ) oring type, and these are fitted as standard, however alternative fittings can be designed according to customer request.

 

Service Valves

Low and high side service valves can be fitted as an option to Unicla UC45 compressors, and can be easily removed if not required.

Oil Return Port

The oil filler port is standard on all UC45 compressors and can also be used as an oil return port. Unicla oil return fitting (part no 42203-000160) can be easily screwed into this position, or alternatively it can be screwed into the low side service valve if required. It is suited for use with Unicla Oil Separator part no.35401-000010.
