Note: This list shows two models which represent the popular configuration used in the UC90 model range, which have pad type fittings in the compressor and not on the rear cap (as pictured above). Due to the small engine applications where the UC90 is mostly used, this type of hose port configuration is the popular option, however conventional hose port configuration on the rear cap is available upon special request.

Clutches

A diverse range of clutches are available in AA, B section and Polygroove. Also 12 and 24 volt with metal dust covers. The featured compressor here is a UC90 fitted with a single A section,12 volt clutch and pad type hose ports in the compressor body

Mounting

UC90 compressors are suited to all mounting brackets made for compressors with 60mm lug spacing and a swing type design

Note 2. The UC90 compressor pictured at the top has pad type hose port configuration, the compressor in the diagram has horizontal oring hose ports on the rear cap.

Hose Ports

The most popular UC90 models have pad type hose ports in the top of the compressor body (as pictured above). This allows maximum use of the UC90 compact design for fitting into small engine compartments and tight situations.

Standard vertical or horizontal oring ports are also available, and the relative configuration is determined by the type of rear cap fitted to the compressor, as listed in the table below.

Service Valves

Low and high side service valves are fitted as standard on all Unicla UC90 compressors and can be easily removed if not required. The low side service valve can be placed in two positions on the compressor, either on the rear cap or the top of the compressor.

Oil Return Port

The oil filler port is standard on all UC90 compressors and can also be used as an oil return port. Unicla oil return fitting (part no 42203-000160) can be easily screwed into this position, or alternatively it can be screwed into the low side service valve if required. It is suited for use with Unicla Oil Separator part no.35401-000010.
