Busworld Kortrijk in Belgium

The Unicla team of Lody Yuen and Mark Mitchell attended the Busworld Kortrijk trade show in Belgium held between 21-26th October 2011. On display was the complete range of Unicla compressors including the latest third generation UWX series which attracted considerable attention from industry when the first generation was released in 2004, and now with the latest updates to this extremely smooth and light weight compressor, Mark Mitchell has confirmed the show was a huge success for this reason. The team had the opportunity to meet many of the Unicla distributors from all parts of the world and to enjoy the wonderful Belgium hospitality.

Unicla firms up its growing presence in the Americas

Director of Global Marketing and Technical Support for Unicla International Mark Mitchell and Global Sales and Marketing Manager Lody Yuen were invited to conduct training sessions organised by their leading distributor in Argentina, Friba Technologia during their recent regular visit to South and North America. Vice president of Friba Technologia, Diego Orazi arranged a visit to the company headquarters in Buenos Aires and then hosted a full-on all-day Unicla training clinic with 30 of their strongest dealers. Mark and Lody took the dealers through the latest development and features of the current range of Unicla compressors. Friba Technologia was started by Diego's father Oscar and the company is a leading importer/distributor to the refrigeration and air conditioning industries in Argentina. Dairy distributor included in Unicla visit to Argentina

During a visit to Unicla's long established distributor, Friba Technologia, its Vice president Diego Orazi arranged an inspection of the transport logistics yard of one of his major customers, Con-Ser, the largest independent distributor of dairy products in Argentina. The picture shows Lody Yuen of Unicla (left) with Albert Abal, Diego Orazi and Luis Vueso. Albert and Luis are both from the transport refrigeration section of the company.

Unicla opens distribution outlet in Thailand

At the big Thailand Bus and Truck Show in Bangkok in November 2010, Unicla International partner Henry Sia of Nagoya Unicla Pte Ltd (Singapore) announced the establishment of Unicla International (Thailand) Co Ltd, to distribute product in that country. Supported by his daughter Caroline Sia, Director of Global Marketing and Technical Support for Unicla International Mark Mitchell from Australia and Global Sales and Marketing Manager Lody Yuen from Hong Kong, the Unicla stand made a big impact at the show.

IAA (Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung) Hanover Germany 23-30 September 2010

Unicla International was in the very best of company at this biggest auto trade fair in the world for commercial vehicles during late September 2010. It was the first time that Unicla had shared the spotlight with a kindred technology Euroscan. Unicla International's global marketing and technical support director Mark Mitchell from Australia reported a perfect synergy, with many of Euroscan's European customers also customers of Unicla. Unicla on show at Australia's Wire & Gas Convention in June 2010

The bi-ennial showcase of the Australasian aftermarket vehicle air conditioning and electrical industries received top billing at Queensland's Gold Coast in mid June 2010. Unicla International Director of Global Marketing and Technical Support and head of the Australian company which markets Unicla compressors, Mark Mitchell, was joined by SCA team member Matthew Mitchell to meet current customers and convince newcomers to consider the high performance advantages of the Unicla range.

New sales alliance forged to give better service to the Australian and New Zealand compressor market

At a summit meeting on Queensland's Gold Coast, a select team of 14 mobile air conditioning and transport refrigeration workshop owners joined a unique partnership to market and service Unicla customers. Each team member will be provided with a high level of technical and marketing support by SCA Australia, the company which markets Unicla in the Asia Pacific region. The team from around Australia and New Zealand was selected for its advanced technical skills and knowledge of the Unicla compressor range. They were gathered at a summit at SCA Australia's Gold Coast headquarters, where they were introduced to the finer points of the Unicla range, and then saw compressor maintenance and warranty testing carried out on the SCA workshop environment. Valens Chui, Unicla purchasing manager and Lody Yuen, Unicla global sales and marketing manager met the new distributor network and played an important role in presenting the Unicla philosophy.

Unicla design team in unique field research effort in Australia's biggest coal mine

Unicla International Director of Global Marketing and Technical Support Mark Mitchell, led an international team from the Unicla plant in China on a field inspection of Unicla compresses at work in heavy equipment at the Peak Downs coal mine in northern Australia. The visitors included Peter Yee - Managing Director Unicla International, Yano - Production Director Unicla International and Kato - Design Director Unicla International. 10th Auto Expo India in New Delhi

The Unicla team made a big impact at the 10th Auto Expo India in New Delhi during January 2010.On the stand were (from left) Unicla marketing manager Lody Yuen from Hong Kong, Unicla distributor Henry Sia from Singapore, Unicla Global Marketing Director Mark Mitchell from Australia and Caroline Sia from Singapore.

At a function hosted by Mr Jeevan Singh of International Aircon in India, Mark Mitchell was honoured in traditional Indian manner by Unicla dealer in India Mr Tony Singh. Also honoured in similar style was Henry Sia and Lody Yuen.

7th China International Auto Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Exhibition 2009

21 to 23 November 2009

The 7th China International Auto Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Exhibition 2009, held at the famed Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition centre in late November 2009, was another great success for Unicla. Old and new customers from around the globe renewed their acquantance with the Unicla products. The new Unicla brochures translated into Chinese were appreciated by the China domestic market customers.
