The UP150-615, which has a AA section clutch and is readily interchangeable with a variety of aftermarket and OEM compressors including the popular Sanden SD508,SD7H15 and Diesel Kiki TM15. Also many other older models with 83mm lug spacing such as Sanden, Abacus, Sankyo, Zexel, Tama and Ogura.

It is the only 10 cylinder swashplate compressor in this capacity available today. It has an extremely quiet and smooth operation and delivers high relative output through all rev ranges. Also the low side service valve can be placed in two positions on the compressor. The compressor operates in either clockwise or counter clockwise directions.
29. In which applications is the UP150 mostly fitted?
A wide variety of aftermarket systems with a lug type mount and drive bracket. It is also fitted as a replacement compressor for any application where the popular 83mm lug spacing for mounting is used.
30. Can the UP150 be adapted to fit imported vehicles?
Yes, many imported vehicles have compressors that are no longer available or a very expensive to replace. The UP150 combined with a simple change to the hoses and the mounting bracket is easily fitted to many of these applications.

The UP150 is an ideal replacement for York compressors and this is easily achieved by using adaptor bracket no EK 1401.
32. Does the UP150 have flare or o-ring ports?
The UP150 , like all the A Group models is available in a choice of ports. This is achieved by the interchangeability of the rear caps between all the A Group models and these caps are available with NO.8 and NO.10 flare or o-ring.

The option of horizontal or vertical ports on the rear caps is readily available.
34. Does the UP150 have pad or flange type ports?
The option of flange type ports is available with special orders. The unique design of the Unicla flange fittings and ports can be seen on the following diagram.

Yes, most UP150 models have both service valves fitted as standard.
36. What is a UX150?
A direct mount rather than a lug mount version of the UP150. All the features available on the UP150 are also available on the UX150 and both have the same range of clutches available. The compressor operates in either clockwise or counter clockwise directions. The direct or `bolt through' mounting points on the UX150 are spaced 78mm apart in length and 128mm in height.
