Clutches

A diverse range of clutches are available in AA, B section and Polygroove. Also 12 and 24 volt with metal dust covers. The featured compressor here is a UP90 fitted with AA,12 volt clutch and vertical oring ports, plus with both service valves fitted to the top of the compressor body.

Mounting

The UP90 compressors are suited to all mounting brackets made for compressors with 67mm lug spacing, and can be interchanged with numerous compressors in various applications available in the market today.

Hose Ports

Vertical or horizontal oring ports are available, and for special applications Unicla has a pad or flange type configuration as an option.

Hose port configurations for UP90 compressors are determined by the type of rear cap fitted to the compressor’ The UP90 featured above has horizontal hose ports in the rear of the compressor by using rear cap type D02 as listed below.

Service Valves

Low and high side service valves are fitted as standard on all Unicla UP90 compressors and can be easily removed if not required. Both service valves can be placed in two positions on the compressor, either on the rear cap or the top of the compressor. The featured compressor below shows both service valves fitted to the top section of the compressor body.

Oil Return Port

The oil filler port is standard on all UP90 compressors and can also be used as an oil return port. Unicla oil return fitting (part no 42203-000160) can be easily screwed into this position, or alternatively it can be screwed into the low side service valve if required. It is suited for use with Unicla Oil Separator part no.35401-000010.
